"Ugh, ordering was more hassle than I expected"
I really liked how the plants looked, so I kind of impulse-decided to order, but the website made it more annoying than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I tried to change quantities in the cart, it acted weird. Checkout did work eventually, but I ended up double-checking everything twice because I didn’t fully trust it. Not a terrible experience, just definitely not as smooth as I hoped

"Box showed up really beat up"
The plants were okay, thankfully, but the box arrived smashed up and looked like it had been tossed around a lot. I reached out and got one of those canned apology responses, which just made it more annoying. Glad the plants survived, but the shipping/packing situation could definitely be better

"I was happy with how these turned..."
I was happy with how these turned out. Most of the blooms came up really nice, though a few were a bit late. You notice it at first, but overall they still looked great and I’d say it was a good experience...
"Never heard back from customer service"
I emailed Longfield Gardens twice about a problem with my order and just kept waiting, thinking okay maybe they’re backed up or maybe someone will get to it tomorrow, but I never got any real response. It just started to feel like my message went into a black hole, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple issue sorted out.
I totally understand businesses get busy, especially with orders and seasonal stuff, but even a quick “we’re looking into it” would have been better than nothing. I don’t really feel comfortable ordering again if this is what happens when you need help.

"Kind of a mixed bag"
I ordered a handful of bulbs and a few small plants from Longfield Gardens, and it was hit or miss. Some of the bulbs looked totally fine, but I’ll admit I immediately noticed the questionable ones first, a couple were soft and one had some mold, which was hard to overlook.
The plants didn’t arrive in the best shape either, looking a bit tired and dry. A couple did perk up after I planted them, so it wasn’t all bad, but for the price I was expecting more consistent quality. I might look around before ordering from them again.

"My order did show up on time..."
My order did show up on time, so that part was fine, but a few of the bulbs were NOT what I actually picked. The labels didn’t match my receipt, and now my whole garden plan is kind of thrown off. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying.

I don’t know if I just picked the wrong time to shop, but the selection felt seriously limited this season. I was expecting way more variety and felt a little betrayed by how few choices there were.

"Nice bulbs for the price"
I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but these bulbs turned out to be a good buy. They look nice, were easy to use, and the price felt fair. I put them in while making coffee on a Tuesday morning, and so far I’m happy with them.

I wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast, so I’m glad I went ahead and ordered when I did. Shipping was quick, everything arrived without any problems, and I don’t really have anything to complain about.
